The Light And the Shadow - For the Final Test Blogpost

So, for the assignment/test posting for a course, this one would be the last blogpost.

Since this one's going to be an essay-like one, it's gonna be a little boring for some of you who are reading it... lol
Well, pardon me about that, who aren't essentially relating to the course itself! XD;;;

***

First of all, what are the best and the worst part of the Internet? Everyone who are using the Internet might have thought about that at least once.
And the question itself seems simple, however, it is not that simple as long as the Internet itself has multiple aspects. Multiple aspects, such as information-source, individual speaking-out tool, networking system, etc.
But anyway, Internet absolutely is a flood of information, and that is what makes the system both greatest and worst.
Therefore, in this blogpost, it will focus on people who often are positively trifled by this flood of information; sexual minorities in Japan.

Referred to sexual minorities, first of all, it has to point out what are the greatest goods for those people in the Internet.
They are the points introduced below;
1. Easiness for them to speak themselves out (Japanese blogs by LGBT people)
2. Easiness for them to get information about people like themselves (Brief introductions about LGBT-related terms)
Those goods are obviously attractive for them, because they oftentimes never have chances to speak out what they are, or to know what they are.

About those goods however, they are not always the best, but cause some things almost the worst sometimes.
Therefore, referred to the goods above, here, it will try to point out what the best and the worst aspects of the Internet are.

Firstly, what is the best aspect of the Internet?

That totally could be said that it is the frequency for people's communicating with information.
Here is the example below;
asking Google (Japanese Ver.) the question, "what is gay? (ゲイとは)" →
As it could be seen in the link, there are about 19,300,000 results for the keyword, and in the top of it there are some answers which actually respond to the question itself; Wikipedia page for example.
There, people can easily access to the general meaning of the term "ゲイ (gay)".

Also, there is another way to access the answer for the question; there is Google Scholar if people want some deeper or academic information.
There, it also offers about  3,760 links (since the put keyword is in Japanese those results are all in Japanese) which might be responding to the keyword, and many of the links which are available show articles those deeply refer to the question.

Thus, it absolutely is clear that the Internet is highly useful for people who want to ask a certain question and collect answers for it.

Focusing on the fact of the usefulness of the Internet however, people should not forget that the usefulness could cause a grave trap at the same time.
Because of the massive amount of the information in the Internet, people might believe in wrong information without any doubts by accident --- accidents those can easily happen.
Here is a blogpost that points out how sexualities are misunderstood by people.

So, let it once shift its point of view to how people without certain sense of their own sexualities try to understand what they are.

First, if the people had doubt about their own sexualities, they first try searching for tools for investigating themselves.
In the Internet, they are able to find those sorts of tests really easily; such as the image below.
Here, it says if the person who is looking at these cannot see what is written there in the circle No.5, he or she has high possibility of being a homosexual.
People who are confident with what they are barely can believe this test, but people who are dying for anxiety can easily be wavered by it.
And here is a similar-level ridiculous one, which was made as a joke.

Same for the Internet viewed from mobile-phones, too; there are some mobile-phone FLASH applications for knowing one's own sexuality for extremely cheap.
The provider of this application describes this test as something psychological and useful for solving minds; which never makes sense for many people.

Of course, there are some useful analytical tests and articles for analyzing one's sexuality online, but they are not so easy to find one without a clear aim or a certain level of knowledge.
(* In fact, when trying to find the link right above, it had to be found based on knowing the existence of the website in advance.)
That way, many homosexuals mistake themselves as gender identity disorder, and also reverse accidents happen, too.

Thus, it is obvious that the Internet can provide way too much information that can cause people to gain wrong knowledge.

So, what can Internet users without calmness, confidence and knowledge do to protect themselves from incorrect answers to their question?
What can they do in order to make good use of the goods of the Internet?

Here is the answer for those questions;
They only need to know that they have to be careful never to swallow the whole stories written online.

They need to understand that they are not having knowledge enough to judge which information is the correct one, so that they will get to know what kind of questions they have to ask the Internet before getting to the answers they want.
For example, in Japanese sexual-minorities' case, why not they first try to understand what all the referred terms mean before they start analyzing themselves?
Or, they will simply get to wrong responses to their questions; what they really are.

I hope other people will try this thing in the future. :)

Based on #1QAD part12 + SoundCloud Direct-Recording Experiment

CQ, CQ, this is W9GFO. by moritatuj17

"CQ, CQ, this is W9GFO. This is W9GFO. Do you copy?"

AND, do YOU copy? lol

Plus, I've done a direct recording experiment using SoundCloud site, which is the audio file below...
Direct Recording Experiment by moritatuj17
...AND which I recorded the same quote for today.

I was totally surprised to know how the sound quality could be good enough compared to the software-recorded thing.
However, since SoundCloud site allows free-course-users only 2hours-recording (data-storage) total, you might not be able to stay the data link forever if you wanna audio-record beyond that limit.

SO, I'll recommend you to do your audio-recordings by using softwares rather than doing direct-recordings, or to download your recordings from your SoundCloud accounts each time.

We Can Expect NO Actual "Free" Privacy In Cyber-Space

First of all, what would you expect when you heard that you'll be protected your own privacy online?

Maybe you'll say things like;
* decent level of anonymity
* hiding your actual address
* hiding info about where you could be frequently reached
...etc...

...WHAT? NO?

...WELL, I thought that some would say NO, coz I'm one of them. lol
Coz I'm expecting NO actual privacy in cyber-spaces.

...Why?
I'll tell you.
*I'll be talking about Japanese mobile-Internet issues, mainly.*

I was a senior-high-school kid when I first got a mobile-phone which allows free Internet connection for a monthly fee.
I used to like go looking for free phone-receiving alarm melodies and free FLASH application games online, which required me nothing but only few info about myself; my handle-name, my birthday, my gender, and my e-mail address.
Which seemed nice, coz it was free ... but something happened.

One day, I was joining a club activity of school, and was leaving my mobile-phone in my bag for about an hour.
AND when I checked the phone afterward, there were like 25 e-mails from some different, unknown e-mail addresses, those offered me some sweet love-romance-searching in membership-system BBS!
You know, it's the MOST ANNOYING SPAM IN WHOLE WORLD!!  UGH!!

I didn't know why such thing happened, coz that actually was the very first time I've encountered such shitty, cyber-space-wasting craps.
However, when I told what happened to one of my friends, she told me that it always happens when we joined any kinds of free sites.
She said that free sites like those sell e-mail addresses to the shitty spam sites instead of charging their users ... but I was like, "WHAT...?" when I heard that.

"WHY!!?
In the contract, you said that you'll be using my e-mail address only for identifying me in your site, and that totally was a lie!?"
(AND some of the FLASH game sites seemed to change the contract without noticing its users; "we will be showing the given info about users to a third-party in any cases we need to," the contract says.)

...Actually,  I wasn't able to find a decent source for obviously pointing out this issue ... but now, I guess what my friend had told me was right.
As I joined new free sites, the spam increased.
Now, I have to deal with the issue by using the spam-filtering service provided by the mobile-phone company.
Well, I could simply change my e-mail address in order to escape from the spams, but I had no choice coz I still wanted to be joined in the free sites those provides SNS services in addition of free apps coz I've already made some friends there.
Moreover, I didn't want to resist all unknown e-mail addresses coz I knew that there are many friends who are like hobby-ing changing their e-mail addresses.

YUP, I have to get along with the spams almost forever! :(

SO, that was why I learned lessons that I can never get free privacy in cyber-spaces, especially in mobile-Internet world.

So, guys, remember...
If you wanna be sure to have a certain level of privacy, DON'T hesitate to pay for it!!

OR, you may have another solution; which now I'm in to it...

JUST LET IT BE!

If you're already aware you can select which info about you could be shown to strangers, that you'll have a good selection to avoid yourself joining suspicious sites! :)

OR, if it's too late (just like I am now...), you may find ways to enjoy the spams, coz their messages are totally ridiculous most of the time! LOL
I, for example ... I've received some love-letters from a Gin Ichimaru, who is a character from BLEACH! lol
↑Gin Ichimaru appearance

It was tremendously hilarious to see the writer making efforts for mimicking the character's way of speech, which sounds like a Kansai-area Japanese dialect!
↑Gin Ichimaru speeches

*Kansai-area dialect is extremely different from Kanto-area dialect...*
↑Kanto-area dialect (Chicken from Tokyo) vs Kansai-area dialect (Dog from Osaka) conversation

Also, I've seen some spams warn receivers to watch out of spams!  WTF!! LOL

WELL, in my opinion, it is almost impossible for us to escape from spam nowadays, as long as we are using somewhat kind of cyber-spaces.

In order to point out how our privacy could be used in cyber-spaces, I talked only about private e-mail addresses and spam mails up to here, but it obviously isn't a story only for that.
You know that we easily can virtually fly around the world these days, so that stalkers are now able to see what their imaginary girlfriends' hometown look like in convenience!

Everyone, PLZ be careful while you're showing your private info to strangers in cyber-spaces!!

Qestion for the final>>
Spam mails always offer you dating websites.  True/False?

Introducing Some Free Audio-Relating Softwares

Test record for uploading on blog by moritatuj17

Above is my test recording for blogposting.

The software I used is called ChoRoku(超録), and I'm sorry, this one's a Japanese software, too, just like the one I introduced before. :(
But believe me, this software's for free, and it allows you to record as long as you want, and you can make your recordings to be either WAV, WMA, OGG, and MP3 formats! <-- You'll find definitions of each files here!
You even can select recording modes from disc-burn recording, AM radio recording, and conference recording.

Remember, you have to get a converter if you wanna change file-formats after you've already recorded a stuff and that usually is NOT for free ... but sometimes IS free online; that Scott told me so.
Actually, I've found another free audio-converter software for free, but I don't know whether it works well or not coz I didn't download it since I'm not converting audio files so often.

...AND I can't for get that I was able to upload my audio-recording TNX to SoundCloud website.

<CONCLUSION>

Voice recordings are FUN!! LOL

[VOON] Hey, pops! Don't listen ta him, he's the Navy's!

"Hey, pops! Don't listen ta him, he's the Navy's!!"

...So, where do you think the quote come from?

My "Ex-Wife"

CAUTION!!
This blogpost is personifying a non-creature thing.
AND it is shouting out love toward it.
WHAT A ROMANCE!! LOL

"She" is my "ex-wife" ... actually, I still would like to call her my wife.

She was the best mobilephone ever in my life ... but now, she isn't able to work anymore, coz a Japanese phone company quitted supporting her model coz its frequency was no more used coz of frequency reorganization.

Her model was named W42CA (Japanese link, sorry!), and it was the very first model which allowed monthly-fee-use of Internet from the G'zOne series.
She was released when I was at the very last moment of my high-school age ... and I simply fell in love with her ... coz she was just PERFECT!

She had a cute, round outline, and was thick; she really fit well in my hand ... and still.
However she was bad at Kanji letters, she was positioning every single function very usefully that I felt like she was my partner since I was in my mom's womb.

Yes ... she was the very best wife in whole world for me ... and I guess, still is now.

Now, I have a new wife.
But I remember that when I had to get a new one, I could not stand looking for the one who was similar to "her" ... I guess I still am seeking for an image of the greatest wife I've ever been with.
It has already past like half a year since I've started my new life with the new partner, but still, I sometimes try to treat her as if I'm with the later one.
Then, I always face slight, but obvious differences between "her" and the new wife ... each time, I suddenly miss "her" so.

"She" still sits beside my bed, but she doesn't wake at all coz she ran out of her energy several months ago.
"She" still looks the same as she was, but she'll never be working smoothly anymore coz metal pieces in her should be forgetting what they were already.

...Did I love her...?

...NO.

I STILL LOVE HER.

My Own Warning Sign

Did you notice it?
AND, can you understand it?

If not, BEWARE!!
Coz I NEVER am a female despite of my body born in a female form!
(I actually am a neutral-gender dude, though...)

...WELL, I'm not gonna tell you descriptions of what the words mean, coz
THEY JUST MEAN IT.

NEVER believe the person's physical gender in respect of perceptions for gender-image.
Just see how the person behaves like, and what the person dresses like.

The physical gender worth for NOTHING but medical scenes and making love with somebody.

Inspired By A Parody Drawing

For doing Over-Dramatic Reading Assignment, I did not know what to read/record ... and I suddenly remembered what I saw recently.
It was THIS below.

YUP, hills are literally ALIVE! LOL
I saw this on a T-shirt which one of my classmates in other class than CISTUJ was wearing one day ... and it just cracked me out! LOL

To know the original meme for this image, you need to watch this clip from a great musical-film, The Sound of Music.

...Wished to find one with the actual movie scene... :(
Here are the lyrics I read.

AND from the lyrics of this beautiful song, I just tried to combine a horrifying feeling to it ... went for a panic-horror kinda mood! lol

Well, if your ears are strong enough to stand the scream, enjoy! XD

[VOON] Panic-Horroic Sound of Music

Audio Recording Website In English + Response to Timmmmyboy's Blogpost, "We Are All Artists"

I did some test recordings by using this website called Vocaroo.

As you can sense, the quality of sound is inferior to the website I've introduced in the previous blogpost here...

AND, I did another experiment; right after I tried singing in high/low voices, I just tried keeping talking as long as I could stand.

Aand here beneath are the SoundCloud-embedded one of this record.
(WAV) Vocaroo Experiments & Response To Timmmmyboy by moritatuj17
(Mp3) Vocaroo Experiments & Response To Timmmmyboy by moritatuj17

...Which actually randomly became a response to Timmmmyboy's blogpost, "We Are All Artists".
I think I'm gonna write the response below, after talking about the audio recording thing...

YUP, it DID record everything...
AND by going through the "Help" page there, I couldn't find any info on how long we can record.

SO, if you're brave enough to try speaking longer than 10minutes, I guess this website will be one of your choices! ;)

However, you have to be careful; the data of recording is NOT going to be kept forever online.
If you wanna keep the recordings forever, you must download the data; which is available from the link "Download as WAV" ... I don't really remember the name of the link, though... XD;;;
But I believe you never can miss the link, coz it is located right beneath the place where you can grab the HTML of the data.

SO, I think I'm gonna talk about what I said in the recorded response to Timmmmyboy's blogpost...

I'm with the idea that we all are artists, coz I believe that way of thinking which divides artists/non-artists oftentimes become an obstacle for people's creating things.

You know, by that kinda way of thinking, we actually are limiting ourselves!
That limitation leaves you from doing NOTHING, so we need to get rid of that disgusting idea.

HOWEVER, I do have another issue; I stop making/thinking of something creative, whenever I feel like I'm not doing that.
Coz I'm a lazy person that happens all the time, and I don't know how to overcome with that. X(
I wish I could be like him ... how the hell can he cope with that kinda laziness?  Doesn't he never feel that?

AND by randomly thinking and talking about people's limiting themselves ending up not creating things, I've just found my own point of where I'm limiting myself.
I'm believing that I never can overcome with the laziness,
and I'm not even trying to overcome!!
Isn't THAT a grave obstacle for people who has to have good ideas?

WELL, by randomly speaking for Vocaroo-using experiment, I accidentally bumped into knowing my own way of limiting myself; that, I'll be able to try to deal with that thing. :)

So, people, remember this...
RANDOM LONELY-SPEECH IS A GOOD WAY OF BRAINSTORMING!! ;)

If You Are Interested In Recording Your Voice

Here is a website that's called VOON; here, you'll be able to record voice/sound up to 10minutes.

Of course, FOR FREE!!

Since the website is in Japanese, it's gonna be difficult for some people, but it only requires an account-making and to have a microphone that you might have for talking on Skype.
That means you only need to have a small headset!!

Why don't you try? ;)

P.S.
Here, there is a English website that enables you to record your voice; that is Vocaroo!
All you have to do is to click "Record" and speak to your microphone, just like Voon website! ;)

I think I'm gonna do some experiments using this awesome shit and show it to you later on...

Are You Interested In Learning Japanese?

[VOON] Japanese-Read Ver. Eyeshield21 -from the 2nd down-

WELL, it's just coz of my not being able to find an English ver. copy of this manga... XD;;;

The manga's Eyeshield21 from Shueisha Boy's JUMP,
and I believe that this one is one of the most well drawn manga in the entire manga history!

Since I literally vocal-read the manga, you'll hear some Japanese onomatopoeia during the thing.

Blogposting for the Midterm

Hmm ... WELL, I guess I have no choice but to write on the VISUAL topic... :D

Well, I guess that it itself is a very broad one.
However, coz of that broadness, it allows people to make any kinds of things.
Like an obviously DERP kinda things, for example...

DERP
image: DERP by Amadeus Varadi Hellequin through CC licensing

Well, I mean, any kinds of visualized information could be relating to that topic.

For example, who would know that these people are so looking like each other with out this clip?

A simple visualized info could be very powerful enough to crack people out!
How is that simple?
---JUST PUTTING MORE THAN 2 MEMES TOGETHER!!

Like putting a fancy-font, tender words on an image of a murderer, putting a dialogue that never describes the figure in an image, and else...

However, that is not the only thing, obviously...

You only can upload your artworks to let the people know what kinda things you make;
THAT could be the main good of what visualized information could do for people, I guess.
As you might already know, HE is good at doing such things. :)

GEEZ, I really love this one here!
This blogpost is a well-done one, coz it activates both moving/non-moving visualized info here!

Well I'm absolutely bad at making visualized info that is enough for triggering a massive audience... XD

That is because of I am a bad writer, as you can see here...
Good writings could be a big support for visualized info, like you can see in this kinda assignment...

OMG, I'm doing things SOOOOOOO randomly... XD;;;

What I've Found Was...

Actually, the things were completely the same to what Mr. Lockman talked about in class... XD;;;
...OH, don't tell me that you're already board!!
I absolutely AM trying to add some my point of view and thoughts, too! XD;;;

...WELL, first, I'm gonna point out what I'm going to consider as a main point;
How memes expand as materials among Internet users.

To point that out, I wanna introduce you some examples.
Plus, I wanna mention that those examples are mostly coming from Nico-Nico Douga (ニコニコ動画/oftentimes known as "Nico-Do"), coz this movie sharing site obviously shows where each meme comes from.

***

ex1>

First, I'll show you an example; Hatsune Miku & leek relationship.  (For knowing further about Hatsune Miku, you've gotta see THIS BLOGPOST of momefactory!)
*This is a special credit for you guys who are reading this blogpost! XD
The image above is possibly one of the most well known image of Hatsune Miku.

Actually, she was not related with such vegetable originally ... but related coz of the story I'm going to tell you now.

One day, one person recognized these two memes;
"Ievan Polkka (Ieva's Polka)" by Loituma, and
a scene from BLEACH anime which Inoue Orihime twirls a leek in a weird way.

THEN, the person somewhat came up with an idea of combining the two ... which came out like THIS below.

*Sorry, I was eager to upload the clip here directly from Nico-Do, but it seems not to be working, so I decided to put the same clip from YouTube. XD;;;

THEN, some viewers learned to like this Loituma Girl clip (the clip I just introduced above).
And since when the clip became famous/popular was almost the same to when Hatsune Miku started to be popular as well (2006), one of the Loituma Girl fans came up with combining Hatsune Miku with it.

NOW, I guess you've noticed that there's a familiar-looking Hatsune Miku in one of the clips!
*Again, these two clips supposed to come from Nico-Do, however I couldn't manage it... :(

Coz of these kinda clips, now Hatsune Miku is known as a character who LOOOOVES leeks!
...If you're able to read Japanese, you might wanna see THIS CLIP as well ... or, even you cannot read any Japanese, you'll even see some other interesting stuffs there, too! :D

***

ex2>

Next, I'll show you another example ... this one, I'm gonna talk about in my presentation as well.
That is a clip-material well known as "Get Down (ゲッダン)" in Nico-Do.

The origin of this clip-material was kinda similar to how Loituma Girl thing was made;
again, someone simply combined two memes.
Those memes are these two shown below (both are released in 1997).

Golden Eye 007 game by Nintendo (characters "bugged"movement)

"Promise" sung by Hirose Kohmi

...The two memes' combination came out like THIS!
*The clip uploaded in YouTube was lacking sound due to the copyright, so I had to simply put the link from Nico-Do. X(;;;
Then, someone was so interested in the clip that he made up his mind to make a hand-drawing anime for it *again, coz of the copyright the sound of this clip in YouTube was lacking...; which actually defined what the "Get Down" dance should be as a clip-material meme.

The anime clip was traced and danced (?) by the fans ... and there also are variations, too! XD

In addition, coz of the original drawn "Get Down" dance clip, the song became famous AGAIN, and the original singer herself is now calling the song as "Get Down (ゲッダン)" rather than the actual title!

***

NOW, here, I have to conclude from these examples...

If a meme started to be used as a clip-material it'll become burst-spread by the fans,
and that causes another meme, and another meme causes a next another meme ...
THIS PHENOMENON LOOPS FOREVER.

Phew!
Now I think I'm done...

Oh, but wait!
If you weren't able to see the links from Nico-Do, you've gotta sign-up for the site!
Not only for going through this blogpost, but also for your fun! XD

Previous Post Edited from "Edit HTML"

Today, I'd like to introduce some simple HTML things here! :D

WELL, you know, I am NOT an expert ... so JUST BASICS!!

First of all, I'd like to mention about how an HTML thing look like.

There is a certain formula, which looks like this;

< *** >xxx< /*** >
*** = a command; how you wanna make "xxx" to look-like/function in a page
xxx = a thing that you wanna make appear; it could be a text, an image, etc...

Well, the VERY basic is this thing; < *** >.

For example, the HTML I was talking about in class with Mr. Lockman;
link HTML looks like this below.

If I resolve this; URL
it looks like

< a href=URL > URL < /a >

...WELL, it's one of the basic HTMLs, but it seems a little confusing ... like,
"What the hell's 'a href' thing?"
I know, that's what I thought about it! XD

Well, anyway...

So first, I think I wanna start off from the simplest ones. :)

BOLD
= < B > BOLD < /B >

ITALIC
= < I > ITALIC < /I >

UNDERLINE
= < U > UNDERLINE < /U >

LINE
CHANGE
= LINE < BR > CHANGE

CENTER

=
< center > CENTER < /center >

BLINK
= < blink > BLINK < /blink >

etc...

AND some complicate stuffs; I at least remember

MARQUEE
= < marquee loop=infinity > MARQUEE < /marquee >
*infinity could be 1-infinity

AQUA/SIZE7
= < FONT color="aqua" size="7" > AQUA/SIZE7 < /FONT >
*color name could be color code#, and font size could be 1- (1-7 for keitai websites)

...I don't know and am not sure whether they show up when I publish them, so I gotta check afterward...
(They fxxkin didn't show up in the preview! X(;;;)

ALSO, those functions are already there in the composing bar of the blogposting form, so you might never have to mind about those shits now... XD;;;
PLUS, it's far much easier to check everything while composing at the same time, rather than typing all those HTML stuffs... XD

HTML Those I Know

Today, I'd like to introduce some simple HTML things here! :D

WELL, you know, I am NOT an expert ... so JUST BASICS!!

First of all, I'd like to mention about how an HTML thing look like.

There is a certain formula, which looks like this;

< *** >xxx</ *** >
*** = a command; how you wanna make "xxx" to look-like/function in a page
xxx = a thing that you wanna make appear; it could be a text, an image, etc...

Well, the VERY basic is this thing; < *** >.

For example, the HTML I was talking about in class with Mr. Lockman;
link HTML looks like this below.

If I resolve this; <a href=http://url.com/>URL</a>
it looks like

< a href=URL > URL < /a >

...WELL, it's one of the basic HTMLs, but it seems a little confusing ... like,
"What the hell's 'a href' thing?"
I know, that's what I thought about it! XD

Well, anyway...

So first, I think I wanna start off from the simplest ones. :)

<B>BOLD</B>
= < B > BOLD < /B >

<I>ITALIC</I>
= < I > ITALIC < /I >

<U>UNDERLINE</U>
= < U > UNDERLINE < /U >

LINE<BR>CHANGE
= LINE < BR > CHANGE

<center>CENTER</center>
= <center>< center > CENTER < /center ></center>

<blink>BLINK</blink>
= < blink > BLINK < /blink >

etc...

AND some complicate stuffs; I at least remember

<marquee loop=infinity>MARQUEE</marquee>
= < marquee loop=infinity > MARQUEE < /marquee >
*infinity could be 1-infinity

<FONT color="aqua"size="7">AQUA/SIZE7</FONT>
= < FONT color="aqua" size="7" > AQUA/SIZE7 < /FONT >
*color name could be color code#, and font size could be 1- (1-7 for keitai websites)

Editing My Page to Make It Look Like Mine

PHEW!!  THAT was so fun! XD

I made up my mind to make my blog page look like a very particular one. :D
AND I really felt that it is REALLY GOOD for an art-person to do that.

I'm not talking about how the person can express one's self ... it's more a DAMN simple thing;

IT'S ABOUT THE PERSON'S FXXKIN SATISFACTORY!! XDXDXD

You know, an art-art-person tends to be a dude who never can stand a situation/status that the one can't show one's audience what kinda person he/she is like. LOL

WELL, as you may see in this page, I'm OBVIOUSLY that a kinda dude! LOL

For example, some of you might know ... the drawing tiled in the background is one of my favourite works of MINE! XD
Actually, I was trying to make a painting to be tiled here, but not now, coz the image seemed to be too large...

WELL, anyway...

Maybe you wanna try what I did from

Dashboard
->"Design"
-> "Template Designer"
-> "Advanced"

if you're really eager to speak out who you are! ;)

POP Culture... (continuation)

OK, at last I was able to come back!! XDXDXD

Alright, where were we last time ... I bet I said that I'm gonna talk about another POP culture that came from Axis Powers Hetalia!

I guess that POP culture thing isn't popular among the world yet, but only among Japanese Hetalia fans...

That is
EMOTICONS OF HETALIA CHARACTERS!!

ヽ(=ヮ=`*)ν{PASTA-----!!)
↑Here is Italy.
Maybe this could be one that is the most used in all the emoticons of Hetalia characters, coz he is the main character. :D
However, it actually has some variations;
Happy/Smile→(=ヮ=`*)ν
Sad/Crying→  (=д`=,)ν
                                etc...

Those variations have something to do with emotions of characters, but there are other variations those refer to individual preferences of someones who use those emoticons;
as you can see in the link I put in above, there are different ways of expressing Hetalia characters' faces.

I think I wanna introduce the most favourite Hetalia-character-emoticon of mine! :)

(回言回){Hm, m' name's Sweden.) ←THAT'S HIM!! XDXDXD

WELL, why I like this character's emoticon is ... I guess I have 2 main reasons;
1. ITS UNUSUAL COERCIVE MOOD!
2. ITS HAVING SO MANY EMOTION VARIATIONS!

I think I wanna introduce all the variations of his emoticon;

Normal→           (回言回)
Anger/Stare→  (回誉回)
Glasses Broken→ (困言困)
Surprised→    (口言口)
Glasses Lost→  (3言3)
Glasses Lost 2→  (3誉3)

Cross-Gendered→(尚言尚)

AND if you got used to those variations, you can play around in advance...

Happy→      ヽ(回言回*)ノ。・;*°:*
Shocked→     Σ(回誉回;|||
Anxious→     ヽ(回誉回;ヽ≡ノ;回誉回)ノ

FUNNY, aren't they? LOL

...WELL, I guess now it's kinda hard to conclude this post... XD;;;

OK, here's my conclusion;

Now you know that one POP culture could be influencing/fusioning-with another POP culture!

POP Culture...

POP culture is a term that is used for calling cultures originating to things those are popular in society.
POP comes from the word "popular" and that you can see that the term POP is a shortened term for "popular" ... YUP, that's the only thing I remember about what POP culture thing is.
To deepen the story, I have to explain what popular things in society are;
They are ... I would say, SOCIETY ITSELF.
It could be all kinds of media, information those came from there, etc.
WELL, it could be reflecting social preferences oftenly.

SO, I'm gonna repeat this ...
POP CULTURE = SOCIETY/SOCIAL PREFERENCES

SO, I'd like to introduce a thing that is from a cyberspace, and became famous among the world; which could be called a sort of an example of how a POP culture begins.

Maybe some of you might know this  comic; Axis Powers Hetalia. ヽ(=ヮ=’*)ν PASTA------!!

You can see what it is in Hetalia Archives, and also in Hetalia Scanalations.

It came from a Web-comic by Hidekaz Himaruya, and it is mainly about ethnic jokes and world history.
The comic shows each countries personified; all the characters are COUNTRIES.  (some are normal human-beings, though)

Well, anyway ... that's NOT the main topic today, although I want to make it so... XD;;;

I believe that this comic is now one of the hottest POP culture in world ... at least, in world of comics/anime.  (AND comics/anime culture could be counted as a HUGE part of world's POP culture!)
Although it isn't as much as that black mouse whose name starts with an M (HE should be one of the most popular POP culture in whole world!), Hetalia characters are often depicted in many of fanarts nowadays.
If you are joining the Pixiv site, just try looking for works with "Hetalia" and "ヘタリア" tags.
There, you might see loads and loads of those!

Actually, as a Hetalia fan, I really am pleased to see many people all over the world being fond of the comic ... BUT THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM. :(
You know, coz most of the characters in the comic are called in country-name-form, there could be confusions between the actual coutries and the characters, while people are looking for information on keywords those are country-names.
many of the Japanese fans are starting to become sensitive about this issue, but globally, I don't think so...
So, recently, I made up my mind to put up this sort of work on Pixiv.

...YUP, I think I need to explain about OTAKU culture in Japan ... which is also a POP culture.

In Japan, otaku people tend to hide themselves in society.
Many of otaku are hiding facts of themselves' being otaku in daily-lives,
and if they are publishing their otaku works including fanarts and original works online, many of them tend to use some search-avoiding functions for them!

WHY?
Coz THEY KNOW THAT SOME OF PEOPLE MIGHT FEEL BAD ABOUT SEEING THOSE SHITS.
Especially in terms of fanarts, many otaku people tend to keep their mouths on their favourite works in public spaces.
You know, in a bunch of people we call "fans," there are several kinds of it.
AND many of the otaku people are knowing that they have to show respects to other kinds of fans of their favourite works.

And you might know about some of otaku people are "rotten"... XD;;;

SO, if an otaku starts to become "rotten" while enjoying Hetalia, he/she has to keep one's self even quietter...
You know, some of you cannnot accept personified U.S.A and personified Japan (plus, both of them are guys!!) making love to each other... XD;;;

...PHEW!
I guess I"m not really done yet, so I think I'll come back later... XD;;;

In the next blogpost, I think I'm gonna write on another culture originated from Hetalia! :D
